YOKO Custom Order

You can choose the material and color of YOKO's main body, as well as the colors of each part, to create your own color scheme.

This is a made-to-order product that will begin production after your order is confirmed (after payment is received). The estimated shipping time from order confirmation is 10 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

The following eight areas can be customized.

①Main body

You can choose the material and color of the main body of the YOKO. The back pocket will be black X-Pac VX21. Currently, the materials you can choose for the main body are ECOPAK EPX200 and X-Pac VX21.

X-Pac VX21

This is an outdoor fabric developed by applying sailcloth, which is used in harsh environments. It is a four-layer laminated fabric, with the outer layer being 210D nylon, followed by a woven cord in an X-shaped grid pattern, then a polyester film for adhesion, and the bottom layer being laminated with 50D polyester fabric.

The fabric has a clear firmness and stiffness. It becomes more flexible with use. The surface is matte with no gloss.

Features of the bag : Because the bag is stiff, wrinkles occur during the manufacturing process. The wrinkles become less noticeable as you use the bag, but they do not disappear completely. The finished bag has a beautiful silhouette, making it easy to use. It is very strong and can be used toughly.

ECOPAK EPX200

This is a 100% recycled polyester fabric. It can contribute to reducing carbon emissions by approximately 500g per meter compared to conventional fabrics. It has a three-layer structure with a 200D outer fabric, a plaid in the middle, and a 70D ripstop fabric on the lining. The surface is slightly glossy and the fabric is supple.

Bag Features : Because it is flexible, there are fewer wrinkles in the finished product. The silhouette is not as stiff as X-Pac, but it still looks nice. It is soft on the body and slightly lighter than X-Pac bags.

②Belt

Please choose the color of the belt for the belt pocket.

The belt is made of 15mm wide, high-density woven nylon. It has just the right amount of hardness and flexibility.

③Zipper

Please choose the color of the zipper. There are two zippers, but you can only choose one color.

It uses a matte YKK Aquaguard finish, which allows for moderate ease of opening and closing.

④Mesh pocket top

Please choose the color of the top part of the mesh pocket where the elastic cord passes through. We use X-Gridstop or 1.5 oz Ripstop, which have a smooth grip when the elastic cord is tightened.

⑤Inner zipper pocket

You can choose the color of the inner lining of the front zipper pocket. You can choose the material from Sailcloth, CORDURA RIP, 40D Ripstop, etc.

⑥Main pocket inner

You can choose the color of the main pocket liner. As with the zipper pocket, you can choose the material from Sailcloth, etc.

*The inner main pocket is only on the front.

⑧Option code

You can choose the color of the optional cord to pass through the eyelet hole.

The rope is made by a Spanish marine industry manufacturer. It is 3mm thick but has a good amount of stiffness. The color is basic but the pattern is elegant and has a strong presence.

*Depending on the material, wrinkles may occur during the manufacturing process. Also, some markings such as chalk may remain.

*The color of the stitches will not be the same color as the fabric. Use the color that blends best.

*Once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Please make sure there are no mistakes before placing your order. You can check your order details by clicking "View order" in the "Confirm order details" email.

*The materials and colors available for each part are subject to availability. We pay close attention to inventory management, but in the unlikely event that an order is placed for a material that is out of stock, we may ask you to change it.

*We cannot accept large orders at once, so the item may be sold out while you are working on the order screen. In that case, please contact us directly and we will make the same item for you.

Care and storage instructions

This sacoche is made of laminated and coated materials. It is vulnerable to moisture, so please dry it in the shade after use and store it in a well-ventilated place.

If it gets dirty, wipe it off with a damp cloth and dry it thoroughly.
