Order Processing

Orders are shipped within 3 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).

Made-to-order items will be shipped after they are completed.

If you are visiting Japan, we can ship your order to your accommodation within Japan. Domestic shipping fees will apply.

Shipping fee: 185 JPY per order (tax included)

Packages are delivered to your mailbox and include a tracking number.
If the package does not fit in your mailbox, it will be delivered in person or you will receive a missed delivery notice for redelivery.

International Shipping

International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes depending on the destination country.

Customers are responsible for these charges. For details, please contact the customs office in your country.

  • Central & South America (excluding Mexico), Africa — 3,600 JPY

International ePacket Light (Standard Delivery)

No insurance. Delivery time is approximately twice as long as EMS.

Rates for Small Bags (up to 300 g)

  • China, Korea, Taiwan — 920 JPY
  • Asia (excluding the above) — 990 JPY
  • Oceania, Canada, Mexico, Middle East, Europe — 1,240 JPY
  • USA — 1,620 JPY
  • Central & South America (excluding Mexico), Africa — 1,440 JPY

United States

Currently, Japan Post EMS and International ePacket Light services are unavailable for shipments to the United States.

Orders to the United States are shipped via UPS.

U.S. residents purchasing goods from overseas may be subject to customs duties and import taxes.

Customs duties and import taxes are already included in the product price. No additional charges will be required upon delivery.

After Shipping

If customs duties and import taxes are refused, or if the package is not collected within the carrier’s holding period, the order may be returned to us or disposed of.

In such cases, the order will not be refunded.

If you wish to have the order reshipped, you will be required to pay the shipping costs again.

Customers in South Korea

Customers residing in South Korea must provide their Personal Customs Clearance Code (PCCC) when placing an order.
