Shipping

We will ship your order within 3 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and non-business days). Made-to-order items are shipped after completion.

Each purchase costs 185JPY (tax included) for Click Post.

It will be delivered to your mailbox with a tracking number. If it does not fit in your mailbox, it will be delivered directly or redelivered by a missed delivery notice.

・Oceania, Canada, Mexico, Middle East, Europe: 3150JPY

※Cautions after shipping
If you refuse to pay customs duty, or if you exceed the storage period for receiving packages, your order will be returned to us or disposed of. In such cases, the cost will not be refunded. If you wish to reship the order, you will be required to pay the shipping costs.

Payment

We accept various credit cards, convenience store payments (190 yen fee), bank transfers, PayPal, and PayPay.

For credit card, PayPal, and PayPay payments, payment will be confirmed when the product order is confirmed. For convenience store payments and bank transfers, please make payment within the deadline that will be notified to you by email after the order is confirmed.

 

Returns

Returns are not accepted unless the product is defective. If the product is defective, please notify us within 10 days of receiving the product.
