  1. Shipping

    We will ship your order within 5 days after your payment is confirmed. 

    Ship by EMS. Arrival time depends on flight schedule. It will arrive in about 1 week to 10 days. Prices vary by region. The prices below are for up to 500g. Shipping prices will be displayed when you enter your address at checkout.

    ・Asia (excluding China, Korea, and Taiwan) : 1900JPY
    ・Oceania, Canada, Mexico, Middle East, Europe : 3150JPY
    ・USA : 3900JPY
    ・Central and South America (excluding Mexico) and Africa : 3600JPY

    • If you purchase from overseas, you may be subject to customs duties and other import taxes and fees. In this case, the customer will be responsible for the cost. Please contact the receiving country's customs office for details.
    • Customers residing in South Korea must enter a 13-digit code, including the "Personal Customs Clearance Code" (PCCC), when placing an order.

  3. Returns
     Returns are not accepted unless the product is defective. If the product is defective, please notify us within 10 days of receiving the product.
