Shipping

    I will ship your order within 3 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and non-business days). Made-to-order items are shipped after completion.

    ※Currently, Japan Post's EMS and International ePacket Light services are unavailable for shipments to the United States.

    Shipments to the United States are delivered via UPS. Customs duties and fees will be billed by UPS, so please ensure payment. The tariff is 15%. Please contact UPS for handling fees.

    Payment

    We accept various credit cards, convenience store payments (190 yen fee), bank transfers, PayPal, and PayPay.

    For credit card, PayPal, and PayPay payments, payment will be confirmed when the product order is confirmed. For convenience store payments and bank transfers, please make payment within the deadline that will be notified to you by email after the order is confirmed.

     

    Returns

    Returns are not accepted unless the product is defective. If the product is defective, please notify us within 10 days of receiving the product.

     

    Repairing

    I will repair free of charge any malfunction caused by normal use within one year of purchase. You will only be responsible for shipping costs. For repairs after one year, please contact me and we will provide an estimate.

     

    Material

    Any changes in the main material used for each bag will be noted in the product description. Plastic parts, straps, and the black fabric used for the bottoms of backpacks and the backs of sacks are subject to change without notice.
