You can choose the material and color of the R47's main body, as well as the color of each part to create your favorite color scheme. For detailed specifications, please see here .
This is a made-to-order product, and production will begin after your order is confirmed (payment is received). The estimated shipping time from order confirmation is 10 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
The following eight areas can be customized:
①Main body
You can choose the material and color of the main body of the R47. Currently, the materials you can choose for the main body are ECO APK EPX200 and X-Pac VX21/LS21.
X-Pac VX21
This is an outdoor fabric developed by applying sailcloth, which is used in harsh environments. It is a four-layer laminated fabric, with the outer layer being 210D nylon, followed by a string woven in an X-shaped grid, then a polyester film for adhesion, and the bottom layer being laminated with 50D polyester fabric.
The fabric has a clear firmness and stiffness. It becomes more flexible with use. The surface is matte with no gloss.
Features of the bag : Because the bag is stiff, wrinkles occur during the manufacturing process. The wrinkles become less noticeable as you use the bag, but they do not disappear completely. The finished bag has a beautiful silhouette, making it easy to use. It is very strong and can be used toughly.
ECOPAK EPX200
This is a 100% recycled polyester fabric. It can contribute to reducing carbon emissions by approximately 500g per meter compared to conventional fabrics. It has a three-layer structure with a 200D outer fabric, a plaid in the middle, and a 70D ripstop fabric on the lining. The surface is slightly glossy and the fabric is supple.
Bag Features : Because it is flexible, there are fewer wrinkles in the finished product. The silhouette is not as stiff as X-Pac, but it still looks nice. It is soft on the body and slightly lighter than X-Pac bags.
② Top
You can choose the material and color of the backpack top. It uses X-Gridstop.
*Light colors such as white are transparent.
X-Gridstop
It is a 200D to 210D nylon fabric with a white polyethylene grid. There are various types such as Dyneema, Spectra, Tunuga, and no brand, but since the specifications are almost the same, we call them all X-Gridstop .
Sailcloth
This fabric is used for yacht spinnakers. It is densely woven and is thin but sturdy. When new it makes a crackling sound, but becomes more flexible with use. The colors are vibrant.
③Front pocket
The front pocket is available in mesh or X-Gridstop in a variety of colors.
Mesh allows good visibility inside, so it is easy to see what is inside and easy to take out. On the other hand, if you do not use a backpack cover in rainy weather, the contents will easily get wet, so waterproofing is necessary.
X-Gridstop provides better protection for the contents. When using the optional belt, Reduces interference with the inside of the pocket when mounting gear. Also prevents snow from sticking to it.
④Long pocket
⑤Pocket position
When viewed from the front, the standard model has a long pocket on the left and a short mesh pocket on the right.
The other side of the long pocket is a mesh short pocket. If you put things you use frequently while hiking, such as a water bottle, in the short pocket, you can easily take them out even while wearing the backpack.
You can choose the pocket position based on your dominant hand.
⑥Back panel stitching
You can choose between black and rainbow stitching on the back panel.
The standard item features rainbow stitching to cheer you up when you take off your backpack and take a break. If you prefer simplicity, you can choose black.
⑦ Top drawcord
You can choose the color of the top drawstring.
It uses a stiff 2mm cord, so it is less likely to tangle and easier to handle.
⑧ Optional belt
The four loops through which the reflective cord passes can be used to attach optional belts (sold separately). Snowshoes, crampons, etc. can be attached to the backpack.

- Maximum length: 520mm
- Belt vertical spacing: 125mm
This is a 25mm nylon tape belt that can be attached to the R47. It is sold in a set of two. Please check the maximum length and the spacing of the attachment position to make sure that your gear can be attached.
*Depending on the material, wrinkles may occur during the manufacturing process. Also, some markings such as chalk may remain.
*Although the material is waterproof, water will seep in through the seams. Please put items that should not get wet in a waterproof bag and use a backpack cover.
Maintenance
After use, dry in the shade. Wipe off small amounts of dirt with a damp cloth. If the mat is very dirty or the odor is a concern, remove it and press wash it with lukewarm water. After washing, drain the water well and dry in the shade. The fabric will deteriorate over time due to hydrolysis. High humidity will cause the fabric to deteriorate faster. When not in use, store in a well-ventilated place and dry regularly in the shade to extend its life.
