YOKO Custom Order

※From 2026, the gusset width will increase by 5mm, and the front mesh pocket will be 10mm deeper.

This is a custom order where you can choose the main body material and color of the YOKO, as well as the colors of each part to create your preferred combination.

Production starts after your order is confirmed (and payment completed). Estimated shipping is within 10 business days excluding weekends and holidays.

You can customize the following 9 parts:

① Main Body

Choose the material and color of the YOKO main body. Available materials include ECOAPK EPX200 and X-Pac VX21.

X-Pac VX21

X-Pac VX21 is an outdoor fabric developed from sailcloth used in harsh environments. It is a 4-layer laminate: outer layer 210D nylon, X-shaped woven cords, polyester film for adhesion, and 50D polyester laminated backing.

It has a firm structure but becomes more flexible with use. The surface is matte without gloss.

Bag Features: The stiffness may cause wrinkles during production. Over time, wrinkles become less noticeable but won't disappear completely. The finished bag maintains a clean silhouette and is easy to use. It is strong and durable.

ECOPAK EPX200

100% recycled polyester fabric. Using 1m reduces about 500g of carbon emissions compared to conventional fabrics. It has a 3-layer structure: 200D outer, grid layer, and 70D ripstop backing. Slightly glossy, flexible, and soft to the touch.

Bag Features: Flexible, fewer wrinkles in finished bags, clean silhouette. Softer on the body and slightly lighter than X-Pac versions.

② Belted Pocket

You can choose the material and color for the belted pocket.

③ Belt

Select the color for the belt of the belted pocket. The belt is 15mm wide, high-density nylon, firm yet flexible.

④ Zipper

Choose the zipper color. There are two zippers, but only one color can be selected. YKK AquaGuard matte zipper is used for smooth operation.

⑤ Mesh Pocket Top

Choose the color of the top part where the elastic cord passes through. X-Gridstop or Sailcloth is used for smooth cord operation.

※Light colors like white may be slightly see-through.

Fabric used for yacht spinnakers, thin but strong. Stiff initially, softens with use. Vibrant color.

⑥ Zipper Pocket Inner

Choose the inner color of the front zipper pocket. ※Light colors may be slightly see-through.

⑦ Main Pocket Inner

Choose the inner color of the main pocket. ※Front part only.

⑧ Zipper End

Choose the color of the slider stopper at the zipper end. Available from X-Gridstop colors. If not needed, it will match the main body color.

⑨ Optional Cord

Choose the color of the option cord passing through the grommets. 3mm thick, firm texture, elegant pattern on basic colors.

※Wrinkles may appear during production. Some marking from chalk pens may remain.

※Plastic parts, cords, bottom, or black pocket fabrics may be replaced without notice.

※Stitch color may not match the fabric exactly; the closest available color is used.

※After order confirmation, changes or cancellations are not allowed. Please check carefully before ordering.

※Available materials/colors vary depending on stock. If out of stock, substitution may be required.

Care & Storage

This bag is made of laminated or coated materials and is sensitive to moisture. After use, air-dry in a shaded, ventilated place.

If dirty, wipe with a damp cloth and dry thoroughly.
