It can hold a water bottle and a compact camera at the same time. When you need extra space, simply open the roll-top to expand the capacity.

It works as a sacoche, but by tightening the shoulder strap and pulling it close to your body, it can also be used like a body bag. The shoulder strap can be removed so the bag can be used as a protective inner bag for a camera, or as a waist pouch using the belt loops on the back. A versatile bag for many situations.

The inner lining is made from micro fleece. Its box-like shape protects your valuables from scratches, which is why it is named TAMATE-BAKO.

Deisgn Story

Through selling face to face, I’ve been fortunate to receive all kinds of feedback.

Some people asked for a bag that fits a water bottle. Others wanted to use it for hospital rounds. “Could you make a chalk bag?” “What about a waist pouch?” “Can you do a roll-top?” I tried to take in as many of these ideas as possible and create a bag that can be used in many different ways.

Main Pocket

• Opening: 250mm (9.8 in)

This is a roll-top main pocket. The opening widens toward the top, making it easy to see what’s inside. To close, fasten the snap button, roll the top two or three times, and secure the buckle.

The inner lining uses micro fleece. The color will be either gray or beige.

Back Zipper

• Opening: 125mm (4.9 in)

Small items can be accessed through the zipper without opening the roll-top. It provides direct access to the inner pocket.

Side Pockets

• Opening: 80mm (3.1 in)
• Depth: 90–110mm (3.5–4.3 in)

Stretch fabric pockets are located on both sides. The angled opening makes it easy to access items.

Front Mesh Pocket

• Opening: 120mm (4.7 in)
• Depth: 115mm (4.5 in)

Perfect for frequently used items such as candy, eye drops, or sunscreen. The large mesh openings make it easy to see what’s inside.

Attachment Loop

A single guyline loop is located between the front and side panels. Positioned at the corner of the bag, it works well as a temporary holder for sunglasses or glasses.

You can also attach frequently used valuables to prevent them from being dropped. It is positioned conveniently for use with either the front or side pockets.

Shoulder Strap

• Maximum length: 1200mm (47.2 in)
• Center section: 490mm (19.3 in)

The center section uses a three-layer structure of thick mesh fabric, X-Gridstop, and 25mm nylon tape. This helps reduce the load on your shoulder even when carrying heavier items.

The adjuster position stays fixed, allowing quick length adjustments when needed. By shortening the strap and pulling the bag close to your chest, you can reduce movement and use it like a body bag.

Back Panel

There are eight tabs and belt loops on the back. Passing a backpack strap through the loops helps distribute weight. Each tab can also be used with cord or guylines for various creative setups.

Bottom Drain Hole

A drainage hole helps the bag dry if it becomes wet.

Care & Storage

This bag is made with laminated or coated fabrics. Since moisture can affect these materials, please air-dry it in the shade after use and store it in a well-ventilated place.

If it becomes dirty, wipe it with a damp cloth and allow it to dry thoroughly.
