Q. What are the shipping options for orders to the United States? Orders to the United States can be shipped via Japan Post EMS, International ePacket Light (no insurance), or UPS.
U.S. residents purchasing goods from overseas may be subject to customs duties and import taxes. These charges are already included in the product price. No additional fees will be collected upon delivery.

Q. What payment methods do you accept?Credit Card, PayPal, and PayPay payments are processed at checkout.
For convenience store payments (¥220 processing fee) and bank transfers, payment must be completed by the deadline provided in your confirmation email.

02 — Made-to-Order
Q. How does made-to-order work?We begin making your item after your order has been placed.
Q. How do I place an order?Select your preferred material, color, and options on the product page, add the item to your cart, and complete checkout as usual. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.
Q. How long does production take?Orders are typically shipped within 2 to 4 weeks after payment is confirmed. Production times may vary depending on order volume or material availability. Please check the product page for the latest estimated lead time.
Q. Can I cancel my order?Because all products are made to order, we cannot accept cancellations once your order has been confirmed. Please review your selected materials and specifications carefully before placing your order.
03 — Materials
Q. My bag has fold marks or creases. Is it defective?Creases and fold marks are a natural characteristic of laminated technical fabrics and may occur during manufacturing or packaging. They will gradually soften with use and are not considered defects.
Q. Can hardware or components change?Plastic hardware, cords, and certain fabrics may be substituted without prior notice due to supplier availability. If the main fabric changes, we will update the product page accordingly.
04 — Customs & Import Duties
Q. Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?Depending on your country, customs duties, import taxes, or other fees may apply. These charges are the customer's responsibility. Please contact your local customs office for details.
Q. Is anything required for shipments to South Korea?Customers in South Korea must provide a 13-digit Personal Customs Clearance Code (PCCC) when placing an order. Failure to do so may result in customs delays or refusal of delivery.
Q. What happens if I refuse to pay customs duties?If a shipment is returned or disposed of due to unpaid customs duties or failure to collect the package within the carrier's holding period, no refund will be issued. If you would like the item to be reshipped, a new shipping fee will apply.
05 — Warranty & Returns
Q. Do you offer a warranty or repair service?We offer free repairs within one year of purchase for defects caused by normal use. Customers are responsible only for the shipping cost to send the item to us. Repairs after one year are available for a fee based on an estimate.
Q. Can I return or exchange my order?Returns are accepted only if the item is defective. If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 10 days of delivery.
